WEEK  1 - September 4, 2009


Riley Siniard
Huntsville High School
3.65 GPA
Football and Basketball

Riley Siniard is a 12th grade football and basketball player at Huntsville High School. He has achieved many athletic accomplishments including 2008 All-City and North Alabama Elite Team. Riley is a member of The National Honor Society and The National Society of High School Scholars. He is also active in the community with Big Red football camp and Habitat for Humanity.

Gillian Richard
Madison County High School
3.9 GPA
Volleyball and Basketball

Gillian Richard is a senior at Madison County High School. She's lettered in both volleyball and basketball while maintaining a 3.9 GPA. Gillian is actively involved with FCCLA and FBLA, as well as holding office in her FCA group. When she's out of the the classroom and the practice field, Gillian gives her time coaching rec league softball and volunteers at her local church. Congratulations Gillian!

Jeremy Crutcher

Football and Basketball

Jeremy Crutcher has been playing basketball at a competitive level for a long time now and has been successful everywhere he goes. His accolades include Honorable Mention for Alabama's Mr. Basketball and selected to Madison Co. All Tournament Player 4 of the last 5 years. He is also a member of the National Honor Society, YBOA Academic All-Tournament recipient and an active volunteer mentor at Little Indain Creek P. B. Church.

Erica McDonald
New Hope High School
4.0 GPA
Volleyball, Basketball and Scuba Diving

Erica McDonald has been on her varsity volley ball team all four years of high school, and on New Hope's varsity basketball team since her sophomore year. She has also excelled in the classroom by being on the honor roll throughout her high school career along with having the highest average in math, history and english. Erica loves to volunteer in her community by helping out the Special Olympics, UAB Medical Clinic and many other events in North Alabama.
