Pay Your Bill

Our Online Bill Pay feature utilizes TransAction Express as our credit card and check processing system. TransAction Express accepts all major credit/debit cards and checks.This system allows you to securely pay your bill online.

Please fill out all information. We encourage you to print and save this receipt for your records. If you encounter any payment problems you will need to provide the Transaction ID in order for us to assist you. This only allows you to pay your bill or set up recurring monthly payments. You will be unable to view outstanding balances, invoices, or payment history. Please allow two business days for your payment to be processed.

Can I pay a partial amount of my balance?

We suggest that you pay your full balance amount. However, if you prefer, you can enter another amount to be paid.

Can I pay by electronic checks?

Yes, we can take electronic checks and credit/debit cards.

Who do I call for assistance?

If you require any assistance, please contact our billing department at 256-539-2728.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes, as long as your HSA or FSA card is issued by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover and has the company’s logo on it, you can use it to make a payment.

What kind of confirmation will I receive?

TransAction Express will email you a receipt once the payment has been approved. The receipt will contain a reference number. The Orthopaedic Center is notified of the payment and will be able to track the payment with the same reference number.
