Communications Agent

There are multiple opportunities available to be one of our Communications Agents. This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week in a fast-paced working environment. You will be expected to perform an array of duties, including:

  • answer incoming calls to the call center
  • direct callers appropriately
  • schedule appointments according to physician profiles

You must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

There are opportunities to be a floater or work with a specific physician in a variety of specialties. You will be expected to perform an array of duties, including:

  • perform clinical and secretarial duties
